Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy:
In most cases, items shipped from Starlink6 can be returned within 30 days of shipment or 45 days of shipment if the shipment date cannot be tracked.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the shipment date and other details of your order. 
Starlink6.com accept returns for defective products only.
Before returning a defective product, please contact us for a return mailing address and additional instructions. Customers are only required to pay one shipping fee (including restocking fee); return costs for non-exchangeable products are the responsibility of the consumer.

30 DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY
 
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and can file a claim, the procedure is outlined below.
1. Within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the problem and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item to you, you may also be asked to return the product.
 
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.
